Job Family: General EngineeringAs a Senior Technical Service Engineer, the role holder will be required to work independently (with support from other technical service engineers, process engineers and global technical service leaders) as the key point of contact providing technical expertise and advice to customers across the region within the business, and has the opportunity to expand their proficiency to other CT technologies. They will apply technical understanding and knowledge of the CT product portfolio to solve a range of problems, from simple troubleshooting to complex projects.
