Job Title: Senior Technician, EntomologyLocation: Kota Damansara, SelangorDepartment: RD&EAs the Senior Technician, Entomology, you will be responsible for rearing of high-quality insects in support of the entomology research function. The main responsibility is to execute daily rearing activities, in a laboratory setting, in conformance with established protocols & standards.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Rearing of mosquitos, house flies, cockroaches, and other household pestsKeep insectary surrounding clean and tidy for day to day rearing operationsMeasure, document, and track insectary operational performanceAssist the insectary lead in maintaining and enhancing facility operationsAssist other entomologists with efficacy testing and documentationRequired Skills / Experience / Competencies: Minimum Bachelor's degree in related fieldsFluent in EnglishExperience in laboratory settingRigorous precision in following standard protocols and adherence with a tightly defined scheduleAbility and willingness to work partial shifts on weekends and holidaysBenefits & Culture: SC Johnson is committed to providing a Great Place to Work for all its employees.
