Responsibilities : Develop a plan for the acquisition and processing of all high importance partnerships and other external agents and delivers value to the product/solution development and sales channels . Assist with planning and implementing strategies to build and retain high value intermediaries to achieve production sales . Assist with the preparation of annual budgets for sales and expenses and managing of the budget . Develops and implements continuous improvement actions and alternatives for customer service and support . Ensure allpliance is adhered to in managing people and the provision of information, products and services to customers . Understanding of QBE and own area of expertise to identify key relationships that should be initiated or improved to achieve positive results;municate and exchange information with potential partner areas to clarify benefits and potential problems . Develop strong relationships with the partners and other external agents in order to achieve high levels ofmitment and participation in joint arrangements to maximize revenue growth . Review existing portfolios and rmend strategies for penetrate growth . Assess and rmend emerging partners or clients for suitability of incorporation into the business, in line with the collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders . Support the launch of new products and services . Motivate and develop the team by demonstrating good leadership behaviors and through the use of management best practice, to enable development of staff to support the achievement of business goals . Providing expertise and mentoring to assist the team development Requirement : 10+ years relevant experience in general servicing and underwriting with at least 5 years in managerial capacity . Demonstrated planning, prioritization and organization skills . Professional qualification in insurance or related disciplines or degree holder preferred. Advanced knowledge of insurance sales/business development function.
