Job Description:Develop the marketplace backend system of Shopee Ads to support ads products such as search, recommendation and display adsDesign, build and manage ads systems with high performance, scalability and availability, enhancing Shopee's infrastructureImprove the platform's efficiency and stability to cater to the rapid growth of businessWork on the end-to-end project delivery, continuously refactor and optimise implementation of key advertising modules such as ads targeting, recall, and ranking to ensure rapid business developmentRequirements:Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant majorsGood data structure and algorithm knowledge and system design skillsFamiliar with at least one of the following general purpose programming languages: Go, C/C++, JavaFamiliar with Linux based development and commonly used tech components, such as Redis, Kafka, ElasticSearch, Etcd, etc.Strong critical thinking skills and able to formulate solutions for problems in a clear and logical mannerPassionate about technical challenges, self-motivated and able to deliver project requirements timelyGood communication skills and an effective team player with a strong sense of ownershipGood understanding in ads, search, recommendation, algorithm, backend, large scale systems or data pipelines will be advantageous
