**This job required to work in Singapore, Toh Guan****Responsibilities**:- Assist customers to submit accident report.- Timely and accurate submission of GIA E-Filing, within the day upon receipt of request.- Advise customers on claims procedures and repair procedures.- Assist customer to schedule vehicle for servicing, repair, or maintenance.- Timely opening and closing of job card and return to respective personnel.- Liaise with customers and prepare ad-hoc quotations.- Collect accident excess from customers and provide proper documentation.- Billing/ Credit note of invoices in accordance with audit requirements. Audits invoices to ensure accuracy of billing.- Conduct third party vehicle insurance company search if any.- Purchase third party accident report.- Complaints and feedback handling, provide timely update to customer on repair status.- Assist on company marketing campaigns and programs.- Assist on credit controlling and remind customer on payment issues.- Any ad-hoc assignment or task given by management.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum GCE 'O' Level with relevant administrative experience- Proficient in MS Office.- Ability to handle ambiguity and confidentiality.- Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously.- Experience in automotive industry, handling full set of accounting will be an advantage.**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Will you be able to reliably commute or relocate to Singapore for this job?**Experience**:- insurance claims: 1 year (preferred)
