Service Advisor

**Requirements**- Minimum Diploma in Marketing/ Mass Comm/ Business Admin OR equivalent with Automotive related experience.- Fluent written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia.- Good understanding of customer segmentation and demographics.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.**Responsibilities**- Achieve sales and throughput target through aggressive selling.- Achieve enhanced customer satisfaction through careful listening of customer's request, obtaining approval for additional jobs and provide detail explanation of job done and charges incurred.- Responsible for the effective participation on special service campaigns, fix IT- right program, follow-up, parts back orders and regular update on major jobs.- Ensure prompt submission of well documented technical reports and warranty claims and branch goodwill within approved guidelines.- Ensure vehicles are ready within promised time and exceed the customers expectations in service delivery quality.- Assist and contribute in the achievement of the overall branch CSI targeted scores.- Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time, Fresh graduate**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime payExpected Start Date: 12/01/2023
