Service Coordinator (Crm)

**Responsibilities**:- Assist HoD on team management- Assist Service Department as a point of contact for customers' inquiry and service demand such as equipment issues, repairs and maintenance services- Manage and coordinate with warehouse to deliver to customers- Cross Department coordination to liaise with warehouse and HQ for the issuing spare parts from/to customers- Service Contract Handling (Preventive Maintenance)**Requirements**:- Diploma in any related fields- Minimum 2 years' working experience- Experience with any CRM tools (ServiceMax, SalesForce, Dynamics 365 etc.)- Multi-tasking skills and able to handle stress**Salary**: RM3,542.17 - RM5,087.96 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- May I know how long is your notice period?**Experience**:- coordination: 2 years (preferred)
