Service Crew (Cinema)

**Responsibilities**:**Customer Service**:Greet and assist customers with menu selections, providing recommendations when needed.Ensure a positive and friendly interaction with patrons at all times.**Order Taking and Processing**:Take accurate orders from customers and process transactions efficiently.Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.**Food and Beverage Preparation**:Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items, following established recipes and presentation standards.**Cleanliness and Hygiene**:Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including counters, serving stations, and dining areas.Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.**Up-selling**:Promote special offers and upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience.**Cash Handling**:Handle cash transactions accurately and provide customers with the correct change.**Product Knowledge**:Stay informed about menu items, including ingredients and allergens, to address customer queries.**Qualifications**:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Previous experience in customer service or F&B is a plus.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
