1. Greet customers with a consistently positive and helpful attitude. Always smile and cheerful face when do zoning at selling area. 2. Manage transactions with customers using cash registers by handling cash, credit card or e-wallet. Track transactions on report if facing any discrepancies during closing day 3. Responsible to ensure all machines or play equipment is functioning and able to perform daily opening checklist 4. Performing basic cleaning such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and machines/play equipment disinfection 5. Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas 6. Able to perform daily, weekly and monthly stock take by referring standard SOP and keep updated inventory record at backroom and selling area by daily basic 7. Handle customers' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to company policy. 8. Avoid misconduct, dishonesty, misuse of company's properties which adversely affects company 9. Communicate effectively with team members and superior to create work schedules and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed 10. Perform manual repairs when necessary such as fix locks, replace light bulbs, repair wire casing and etc. 11. Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code 12. The concept of the indoor playground was to provide an alternative entertaining environment suitable for both children and their families. In line with AEON Group's policy, AEON Co. (M) Bhd. then entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. to create a spin-off from of the Smart Wonder World business on the 25th of February 2011. AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. was then incorporated on the 18th of February 2011 as a private limited company in Malaysia for the sole purpose of acquiring the "Smart Wonder World" business from AEON Co. (M) Bhd. Today, the former business known as "Smart Wonder World" has now expanded and continue operations under the brand, "Mollyfantasy". On the 3rd of March 2011, AEON Co. (M) Bhd. and AEON Fantasy Co., Ltd. also entered into a Subscription and Relationship Agreement with AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. to acquire the ordinary shares of Aeon Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Hence, AEONSPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
