Service Crew

Welcoming guests in a courteous and prompt manner and leading them to a prepared table in accordance with our seating procedures. Provide full assistance to guests concerning general queries as required- Answer phone queries in a courteous and prompt manner and take in reservations with considered guests' preferences- Greet incoming guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce waiter's name- Be familiar with our menu and service procedures- Inform guests of current promotions and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff- Observant to guests needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service- Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies, safety and security- Set and clear tables; replenish water; serve food and beverages- Issue dining charges by verifying orders; calculating taxes; totaling bill for to-go orders- Give all guests a friendly "Goodbye" or "Thank you" upon departure- Relates all guests' comments to the manager pertaining to suggestions and complaints- Participate with a positive approach towards training and daily briefing. Realize the importance of team spirit to ensure that fellow staffs are pursuing a unified standard of service**Requirements**:- Must be able to work in Jalan Kamunting, Kuala Lumpur- Pleasant personality and well groomed.- Passion for providing extraordinary service- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
