Full job description a. To in charge overall production activities and work performance especially in stripping activities in order to ensure the process and system of production are running in normal and as per schedule.
b. Responsible to inspect, observe, analyze and control all activities involved in the glove manufacturing operations based on the procedure requirements, work instructions and specifications.
c. To control and monitor production output performance B-grade and reject gloves in production lines.
d. To liaise with Head of Department on production planning and get solutions on any issues in Stripping Section.
e. To renew and monitor quality to meet AQL required.
f. Immediately report to respective department if got any abnormality occur and report to management.
g. To plan production resources according to the schedule.
h. To evaluate line or production quality efficiency and work out with Maintenance Team to improve continuously at stripping zone.
i. To train and brief all the Supervisors, Leaders and Operators to understand the stripping procedure, Safety and Health requirement and working zone cleanliness to meet GMP.
j. To follow up and ensure the MES System is executed completely.
k. To monitor Supervisors, Leaders and Operators work performance and attendance.
l. To monitor and ensure the cleanliness and safety in stripping area.
m. To monitor the PPE items, stationery and other equipment request.
n. To check and ensure proper filing for all records and documents, pertaining to documented procedures and others related documents in stripping area.
j. To handle other ad-hoc tasks given by superior.
Job Requirement At least Bachelor in Chemical or any equivalent courses. Looking for candidate who are aggressive, responsible and committed Initiative, creative, analytical and results-oriented. Independent and is able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A team player with excellent communication skills. Detail-Oriented person is welcome to apply.
