Shift Production Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:1. To manage all manufacturing activities2. To achieve the lowest manufacturing cost per wafer3. To manage the daily production and continuous productivity improvement4. To maximize quality output, managing the bottle neck5. To train and utilize all manufacturing technicians and specialists6. To ensure the daily production target is met7. To ensure productivity improvement8. To ensure good cycle time9. To ensure safety and discipline10. Support meeting company's quality and reliability goals11. Follow and comply with any procedures or measures stipulated in SilTerra's Environmental Management System**Requirements**:1) Minimum Bachelor Degree and above in engineering or related field2) Willingness to work on a 12 hours rotating shift, including nights and weekends.**Skills / Abilities**:1) Knowledgeable in high volume and aggressive production environment2) Able to motivate / handle specialists / technicians3) Good analytical skills, communication and presentation skills4) Good team player and hard working**Salary**: RM3,300.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- On call- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salaryApplication Question(s):- Are you able to work on a 12 hours rotating shift, including nights and weekends?**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- production supervisor: 1 year (required)
