Shipping Assistant

Job Description:- Assist in handling all import and export orders.- Assist in handling shipping documents (such as Packing List/ Proforma Invoice/ DO and etc) and ensure comply to custom rules and regulations.- Coordinate and follow up with freight forwarding & custom to resolve any shipment issues arise.- Coordinate with forwarding agents, warehouse, sales and accounts on shipping related matters.- Follow up on shipment and attend to internal customer inquiries.**Job Requirements:- **- **Initiative and self-motivated.**:- **Able to work in challenging and fast paced environment.**:- **Multi-task and good follow up skills.**:- **Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
