Shipping Clerk

(a) To monitor for the container arrangement, start from received booking from Production Planning & Control,pick up container until to the Port for export and prepared shipping document.
(b) Prepare/update daily record etd:- shipping detail and the file related to the shipping department.
(c) To supervise Loading Man to load goods according to the details stated in Proforma Invoice.
(d) Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
(e) Maintains quality service by following organization standards
Candidate must with minor experience in shipping document handling
