Shipping Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:- Preparation of shipping documents (outbound delivery) upon receiving instrument from Sales Admin.- Logistics arrangements with forwarders / distributors (outbound delivery) and liaise with them for earliest collection of cartons.- Logistics arrangements with forwarders / suppliers (inbound delivery) upon receiving notification from suppliers, dispatch forwarder for collection.- Liaise with insurance company in case of damaged goods after visual check by warehouse.- Rate negotiations with forwarders and obtain approval from MD on the selection.**Requirements**:- Proven experience in relevant shipping and logistics role.- Experience in freight forwarder management and charge negotiations.- Good communication skills and able to multi-task**Salary**: RM3,023.00 - RM4,039.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- May I know how long is your notice period?**Experience**:- Shipping & Logistics: 2 years (preferred)
