Shipping Executive

**JOB SUMMARY**- To assist & ensure all shipping operation run smoothly.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- To liaise with external & internal parties e.g. customs, ports and related authorities with regard to all operation system and procedure of the company.- To follow instruction given by Group Manager / Shipping Manager to meet dateline & client demand.- Supervise the work of shipping officer & assistant.- Support ad hoc and any other duties as required in the department or by Shipping Manager**AUTHORITY**- None**REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION**- Computer literate- Able to meet dateline & working under pressure- Can communicate effectively with staff from all level.- Possessed interpersonal skills and good time management- Desired qualifications and experience:- Diploma/ Degree in Shipping / Logistics, Business Admin or equivalent.Minimum 3 years working experience in related field**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
