Industry **:Manufacturer Cum Exporter of Quality Food Products & Ingredients / Commodities**Location : Pulau Indah, KlangWorking Days : Monday - Friday & Alternate SaturdayWorking Hours : 08.30 am - 05.30 pmJob Descriptions:- Preparing shipping documentation, maintaining records, and coordinating logistics and freight forwarders.- Arrange and request for the Booking Confirmation for upcoming shipment.- Coordinating with Phytosanitary, Health Department, or any other party for product inspection.- Liaising with Factory manager for the production planning and operation and update production schedules.- Liaising with Forwarding Agent in arranging of delivery / pickup containers on time.- Monitoring closely and to ensure the transit time to destination is accurate as per Booking Confirmation.- Do the registration and submission of the new forwarding agent to Custom and update the forwarding agent record as per ISO requirement.- Do the yearly evaluation for each forwarding agent as per ISO requirement.- Negotiate the best rate from the liners and update the monthly freight rates into the system.- Maintain knowledge of current international import/export regulatory requirements.- Monitoring of customers' deposits and final payments and updating to system and Account Department.- Preparing shipping invoices into SQL system for outgoing shipment every end of the month.- Do any other duties as assigned.Qualification / Requirement:1. Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in any field of study.2. At least 2 years experiences in related field.3. Self-motivated, positive minded and resourcefulness when handling task.4. Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.5. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Works, Excel and Power Point.6.
