Shipping Executive

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:1. Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.2. Weekly and monthly transactions report.3. Work closely with appointed forwarder and shipping agent for accurate and preferred destinations.4. To manage and implement smooth warehouse operations system throughcomputerised system (ERP).5. Assist in counting of physical inventory.6. Organising and ensuring accurate and periodic cycle counts and stock takes.7. Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.8. Ensure documents are received from forwarders on-time.9. Oversee warehouse security through review of physical security measures and continuous monitoring, and recommends modification on the program/daily task.10. Shipment booking and liaise with internal and external department.11. Assist in incoming and outgoing containers.12.
