Shipping Executive - Kuala Lumpur

Coordinate the export/import shipping schedule.- Oversee the inventory reports (Maintains stock of sales).- Liaise with forwarders on the air and ocean cargo and inland transportation.- Issue purchase order, delivery order, shipping documents.- Liaise with customers and suppliers concerning delivery arrangements.- Must be well verse in taxes, duty, custom which related to import &export tariff code and try to minimize the expenditures involved.- Updates the shipping schedule accordingly and arrange for delivery schedule.- Monitor shipments to ensure customers' specific requirements are met.- Interface with our customers through various means to ensure that are in compliance with their prescribed shipping methods and requirements.- Notify our customers when difficulties arise in meeting their requirements and negotiate solution for both parties.- Work with the carriers to ensure that we are utilizing the best service in terms of dependability and economy.- Recommend, implement and support continuous improvement with the section and the company to improve employee performance, quality control, productivity, efficiency and cost reduction.- Degree or Diploma in Logistic or equivalent qualification in related field.- 1- 2 years experience or **FRESH GRADUATE** are welcome.- Able to speak English, Malay & Mandarin (read & write)Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
