Shipping Officer

**Job Overview**The Officer, Logistics assists to liaise closely with vendors, customers & freight forwarders on shipment & delivery status and all kinds of tasks including booking containers, prepare documentation and ensure all shipments are on time delivery.**Duties and Responsibilities**1. Assist daily export and import shipping operation for both Malaysia and Cambodia, ensure logistics operations is in compliance with trade regulation & procedure and to confirm all the confirm shipment are smooth and in timely basis.3. Assist to co-ordinate and following up shipment movement and providing shipping documents and details to customers.4. Keeping documentation up to date with proper records and filing.5. Provide a safe working environment, adhering to health, safety and environmental procedures and ensuring they understood and practiced by the team at all times.6. Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the company's procedures and requirements.7. Prioritize workload to meet project, department and company deadlines.8. Perform other related job functions as required by superior.**Academic Qualification**1. A Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or equivalent.**Skills and Experiences Required**1. At least 1 years' working experience in related field.2. Computer literate.3.
