Deliver Siebel Application as per applicable design requirements "a. Install and configure Siebel dedicated client software and build local database. b. Install and configure Siebel Tools c. Support TM System Admin in Siebel operations, performance and security bug fixes. d. Assist production support team with Investigation and Diagnostic e. Manage and update LOVs (list of value). f. Develop and update Siebel Task, Views, Applets, Pick Lists, and Business Components g. Develop Siebel interface (EAI) with external system. h. Program e-scripts to customize Siebel functions. i. Develop Siebel Workflows. j. Develop Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM) jobs k. Provide Solution design for new Siebel enhancement. l. Familiar with NOVA ICP System functionality and business functionalities. m. Knowledgeable in SQL language. n. Troubleshoot (provide problem resolution) and manage CRM Modules as below: i. Order Capture ii. Order Fulfillment iii. Service Assurance iv. Bill Adjustment v. Account Management vi. Develop Product & Pricing Administration/Configuration o. Perform object comparison for impacted objects that need to be deployed to Production."Bachelor's or Equivalent
