COMPANY DESCRIPTIONBureau Veritas is a recognized world leader in testing, inspection and certification services (TIC).DESIGNATION : Siebel Helpdesk Analyst - Junior ConsultantRESPONSIBILITIES- Siebel Functional Support:- Investigation of production issues (queries, data analysis, error reproducing) and:- assistance to global key users and end-users to make a diagnostic of issues- solving of simple issues in accordance with Siebel Knowledge and training- escalation to Group support when requesting manipulations in the databases- Deep analysis of issues and escalation of technical issues to functional (projects people who validate technical evolutions) and maintenance teams.- Create and submit SQL queries in order modify data directly in database- Support and examine XML language thoroughly to identify the root cause- Siebel communication documentation:- Training and communication on new Siebel functionalities / bug fixes- Realization of documentation to bring a better assistance to key users/end users: quick references, training documentationQUALIFICATIONS- Ability to work (speak and write) in English- Have basic knowledge on SQL and XML languages- Experience in Functional Trade Organization: customer orientation, good understanding of operational processes.- First exposure to information systems:- ERP tool is a plus- Siebel tool is a plus- Customer - service oriented- Good communication skillsGood analytical and problem solving abilities
