We're a fast growing, high-energy team with a passion for people, places and stories.As a **Jewellery Stylist**, you are our on-ground ambassador to the offline Wanderlust + Co experience. You contribute to the business by maximising sales on the floor in addition to providing exceptional customer service that meets the Wanderlust + Co standard. You will help to achieve individual sales goals and build long-lasting client relationships through your passion for the brand and extensive product knowledge. You are also responsible to support all back-of-house related operational tasks. This role reports to the Store Manager.**Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to) -****Sales Performance**- Deliver a warm and pleasant experience to all customers visiting the store- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals- Possess a strong drive for results while maintaining a positive and caring attitude at all times to both team members and customers**Customer Development**- Offer exceptional service to all Wanderlust + Co customers in person, or over the phone and through any electronic communication- Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage customers through product knowledge and brand story- Able to highlight any issues and suggest appropriate solutions promptly to Store Manager so each customer's complaint / issue is effectively and promptly solved**Operations**- Execute opening and closing of the store according to guidelines- Ability to handle all store equipment especially POS system- Support visual merchandising, merchandising and housekeeping according to store guidelines- Keep the product in stock room and floor in perfect condition- Participate in all inventory and cycle counts and protect the assets of the store- Assist in packing or wrapping customers' merchandise**Minimum Qualifications**:**Qualifications Needed**:- Proven work experience as a Retail Associate- Experience in Jewellery Retail is value added- Friendly and energetic with strong communication skills in English and Malay, Chinese is a plus- Customer-service oriented- Detail-oriented- Positive attitude and a team player- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays**Location**:- Takashiyama S.
