Site Administration

Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policy.- Support administrative work for Heave Machinery Equipment (HME) team, develop maintenance check list and prepare relevant reports.- Assist to keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.- Create and update records and databases with personnel, and other data for HME & production reports.- To support warehouse activities including incoming, outgoing, invoicing and stock control if required.- Data-entry for all received goods and outgoing goods into computer system and ensure accurate inventory records.- Handle office administration and general duties for daily documentation issue, receipt and filling.- Ensure stocks items are neatly arranged with proper segregation, identification and labelling.Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payExpected Start Date: 04/01/2024
