Site Documentation Controller

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Responsible for drafting and preparing reports and documents, including preparing meeting minutes, summarizing work progress reports, and filling out forms.- Submit documents to the relevant authority.- Assist with bookkeeping and progress claims.- Maintain a systematic filing system for all documents, including those related to CIDB, licenses, tenders, agreements, drawings, and correspondence.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- Willing to work on a construction site.- Possess at least a Diploma.- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the related field.- Required Skill(s): Communication Skills and Attention to Detail- Possess good behaviour and a sense of responsibility.- **Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin is required, as this role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and management.****????:**- ???????, ???????????????????????- ??????????- ???????????- ????????**????:**- ????????????- ????????- ??? 1 ??????????- ????:??????????????- ?????????????**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- What are your salary expectations?**Experience**:- Construction management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
