The Opportunity:Overall management co-ordination and responsibility for the day to day operational management of the Avantor Services team on our customer' site. Responsible for health and safety requirements, training/compliance and line management of the Avantor staff to ensure delivery of a high-quality service to our customer. Liaise with other suppliers, senior stakeholders and the science community ensuring continuity of contracted services by measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). May provide oversight to lower-level supervisor(s).The TeamThe Site Manager is a highly autonomous role that typically reports to Regional head of Avantor Services who generally is not based locally. The role has close interaction with field partners in Operations, Administration and Sales, to lead the on-site services team in managing on-site service programs such as stockroom/POU JIT delivery, chemicals management, laundry management, equipment asset management, and other support services requested by customer. The Site Manager will be the customer's primary point of coordination for service process execution.
