Site Project Executive

**WORK LOCATION **_**(SEKSYEN U5), SHAH ALAM**_**Job Description:- **- Prepare, implement and monitor project schedules and reporting on overall quality of site works and project progress.- Manage, supervise and oversee sub-con daily progress ensure the quality of works and deadline is met.- Handling project's correspondence and documentations.- Ensuring the project is completely handed over.- Manage renovation sites for Interior Designed renovation and fit-out works- Monitor, carry out and report state of works based on prepared renovation specifications, working close with Designers and Project Manager- Assist Project Manager and designers on day to day project operations, quotations, following up with suppliers & contractors, and clients**Requirements**:- _**1-2 years in Project or Site Management**_- _**1-2years in an Interior Design, Construction or Renovation company**_**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
