Within this company, Structural Engineering stands out as a prominent expertise, demonstrated by the team's successful projects of high-rise buildings, upscale bungalows, office and industrial facilities..The company is looking for ambitious and talented individuals to be part of of our company to be based in Baling, Kedah.**Responsibilities**:- Attending the Pre-contract, Post-contract, and certification management for projects- Prepare taking off, Bill of Quantity (BQ), breakdown cost, pricing BQ and costing.- Calling quotations and cost comparisons from sub-contractors and suppliers for the process of pre and post-tender.- Prepare all necessary documents required for tender submission within the time frame.- Prepare Letter of Award (LA), work order to sub-contractors, and negotiation price with sub-contractors.- Prepare variation order and ensure all submissions and approval are in order.- Coordinate with site personnel on site-related issues. i.e: changes in design and control of additional costs involved within budget.- Prepare and submit progress claims to the clients, verify subcontractor's claims, joint site measurement, and prepare subcontractor's payment certificates.- Prepare final claim and final statement of account to clients and sub-contractors.- To coordinate the preparation of projects site budget and projected cash flow of projects- To assist in value engineering to achieve optimum cost in compliance with the required quality.- To write all contractual correspondence and documentation control of all contract correspondence- Maintain proper filing of records in accordance with ISO Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and provide support to the ISO QMS for its effectiveness.- Any assignment as deemed fit and necessary by the Management.- Manage Work Programmed**Requirements**:- Diploma in Quantity Survey/Bachelor's Degree and above.- Min 3 years working experience in a similar capacity.- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a systematic approach combined with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, and business confidentiality.- Strong organizational skills, excellent time management skills, and the ability to priorities work with problem-solving skills.- Perform independently with minimum supervision.- Able to work within a tight schedule.**Job Type**: Contract**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Baling: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 12/01/2023
