Site Safety Supervisor

Responsibilities:- Inspecting and rectifying any unsafe place and unsafe practice of work.- Ensure contractors or third party comply with the OSHA and FMA Act and the regulations made, and also site requirements.- Prepare monthly SSS report.- Promote the safe conduct of work generally within the worksite- As contractor's representative to attend HSE weekly meeting and committee meeting.- Conduct tool box meeting for contractors.- Conduct in-house induction and other job related training.- Assist to conduct accident investigation.- Liaise with safety consultant, owner, contractors and DOSH- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.**Requirements**:- Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree (Environment / Health / Safety) or its equivalent.- Good command of Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.- At least 5 years working experience in construction field is required for this position.- Possess a Yellow Book registered with JKKP (DOSH), and valid CIDB card.- Well knowledge of OSHA 1994 and BOWEC regulation.- Able to work on shift (day/night).**Job Types**: Contract, TemporaryContract length: 6 months**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Night shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:100% employees complete with vaccine booster dose.Ability to commute/relocate:- Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
