**Job position**: Site Safety Supervisor**Location**:Seremban, Negeri Sembilan**Working site**:Samsung SDI Energy MalaysiaAs a Site Safety Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of all personnel and maintaining compliance with safety regulations at our construction site in Seremban. You will work closely with site management, subcontractors, and employees to implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.**Responsibilities**:- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and company standards.- Conduct safety training and orientations for new employees and subcontractors.- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.- Coordinate with site management to ensure that safety equipment and personal protective gear are available and used properly.- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding safety issues, initiatives, and compliance requirements.**Requirements**:- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) or equivalent is preferred (Yellowbook and CIDB is a must)- Ability to speak and communicate in English**Application Instructions**:**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 2 months**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday- On call- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Site Safety Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)Application Deadline: 04/09/2024Expected Start Date: 04/15/2024
