**Duties and Responsibilities**- Participate in monitoring the HSE activities including auditing, sampling and inspection.- Inspect the construction area daily and come out with daily walkabout report.- To be responsible for the training of new hires and all levels of personnel on HSE matters, with a specific attention to particularly hazardous tasks.- Participate in the investigation of all incidents, accidents and near misses.- Take action and report immediately to the Site HSE Manager in case of dangerous actions and/or situations.- To be of constant advisor on the field for any problem related to HSE for all the personnel.- To participate to the toolbox meeting held by the Work Leader and support them during this activity- To verify on daily basis the correct use of PPE by all the personnel- To participate in Safety and Health Committee meeting- To actively participate in the investigation of all incident's, accidents and near misses- To ensure that Fire Fighting and Safety equipment is regularly inspected and serviced.- To ensure all safety measures and requirement are followed.- To ensure during any emergency situation, workers must stop works and assemble to nearest "Assembly Point"/ dedicated area.- To ensure all relevant JHA for the intended work are available as attachment to PTW- Prepare HSE Daily Report on daily basis.- To checking regarding inventory for schedule waste and environment issues at site and also to update chemical master list.- To prepare the HSE monthly program.**Qualifications & Requirement**- At least a Higher Diploma / Degree in any Safety & Health Officer Certification Program or equivalent.- Minimum 2 year working experience in related field.- At least 2 years' experience in managing OSH Management System (OHSAS 18001:2007) in Oil and Gas Industry.- Pleasant personality, good team player, strong planning and organizing skill, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Fluent in English and Bahasa.- Proficient in Microsoft Office.- May need to travel for safety briefing / site surveys at short notice- Required to be outstation for few days due to site visits / project safety clarification meetings- Required to work during weekends / public holiday to manage the safety and ISO compliance of the project site.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- What is your expected salary?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)Willingness to travel:- 75% (preferred)
