Site Safety Supervisor

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Develop and implement safety procedures for the construction site and ensure all workers adhere to safe work practices.- Conduct regular site inspections to verify that all equipment is in good working condition.- Provide training for workers on the safe operation of equipment and effective methods for hazard prevention.- Conduct thorough safety assessments of the site, promptly addressing identified hazards or potential dangers.- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their root causes and propose preventative measures to mitigate future occurrences.- Offer guidance to the company on compliance with health and safety legislation- Liaise with relevant government authorities, including DOSH.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- Possess at least a diploma in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or a relevant field- Hold a Yellow Book and be registered as a Site Safety Supervisor with the DOSH or equivalent- Well-verse in the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA)- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the construction field- Required Skill(s): Lifting Operation, Work at Height, Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving- Possess good behaviour, being responsible, self-motivated, and proactive.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- What are your salary expectations?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Site Supervisor: 2 years (preferred)
