Site Supervisor Furniture

**Company Overview**Our client was founded in 1995. Our client works in the fields of industrial design and focus on office needs.**Responsibilities**:- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any sub-contractors.- Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.- Liaise with architect, consultant and customer on all site matters, e.g. timely issuance of construction drawings, follow up on drawings, amendments, etc.- Observe and ensure all equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations.- Coordinates with sub-contractors on details, sequence and programme of works.- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.- Liaise with architect, consultant and customer for site meeting.- Measurement and valuation in collaboration with Contracts Department where appropriate, providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions.- Working hour: Mon-Fri (8.30am - 6pm)**Requirements**:- At least 1 year of working experience in the respective field is required for this position.- Good supervisory skills, good communication and negotiation skills.- Accept job allocation to other project sites when required.- Possess own transportation.- Malaysian only.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Sungai Buloh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
