Site Supervisor

To guarantee safety on the construction site- Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner- Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the necessary permits- Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, and training employees- Assesses safety and finance goals- Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting contractors- Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews- Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope- Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases- Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and proceduresPay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Site Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
