- To rectify construction defect with supervision.
- Supervising and monitoring construction team on repairing works at existing project.
- Identify and confirm the defects before make decisions.
- Recommending changes / ideas to contrusction operationsto increase efficiency
- Liase with Customer Service, contractos, customers (on-site) and general workforce involved in projects.
- Displine & able to deliver work on time with the time frame given
- Able to manage schedule and manpower
- Experience in repair work & climbing scaffolding
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by HOD.
