Your Job Work independently with the external and internal manufacturing teams to maximize revenue, delivery performance, and inventory for greater value creation to the plant's KPI. 3rd Party Revenue Projection, Master scheduler for MPS, Capacity Study and support any related request on supply, optimized inventory level, and delivery performance Our Team SSP as part of the Supply Planning Team under CCS, Malaysia plant. What You Will Do PRIMARY PURPOSE:3rd Party Revenue Projection, Master scheduler for MPS, Capacity Study and support any related request on supply, optimized inventory level, and delivery performance. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Prepare Monthly Revenue Projections for 1 year & weekly revenue monitoring 2. Prepare Master Production Schedules (MPS) for 1 year 3. Plant Monthly Capacity Study and Loading Plan. Review recommendations with product management in preparation for supply planning cadence. 4. Review time-phased Demand Plan to understand key changes from the previous cycle, forecast accuracy, and bias 5. Review product strategy updates and associated inventory strategy changes, updated safety stock targets, excess and obsolete 6. Demand and supply Gap risk analysis and solution proposal 7. Raw material / critical component & FG planning and forecast load in SAP 8. Excess tooling review and feedback in terms of demand vs supply for tolling scrap proposal 9. To practice MBM in daily work. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) EDUCATION: REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in any discipline PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree in any discipline but good in mathematics. WORK EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED: Min. 10 years of planning experience PREFERRED: 10 years minimum experience in the same processes as assigned and knowledge of SAP What Will Put You AheadSAP knowledgePerform demand, production planning, and capacity analyses & drive to maximize supply plan.Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPointCommunicate effectively both in writing, verbally, and in group meetingsGood interpersonal skillsRapid Response system knowledge preferred #LI-HC1
