Description Primary Objective:Provide continuous supports and enhancements to Customer Profitability related systemsArticulate and connect business requirements to system overall objectives and design, with the intention to improve overall user experience and facilitate in-depth analysisKey Responsibilities:Prepare progress report (or where necessary) for submission to PSC or any other committees if required To maintain a close relationship with all stakeholders, including but not limited to Group Finance, Group Risk, Group IT and Businesses for matters related to Customer Profitability related systemsProvide continuous support and maintenance on the Customer Profitability related systemsMain liaison person with the respective business champions to prioritise and plan on enhancement requestsBe cognisant of regulatory changes and take lead in planning the required enhancements Participate in all bank-wide related system changes to ensure no impact to system usersActively participate in the automation of reports, including but not limited to, RAROC automationPrepare monthly RAROC submission to the required committee meetingsUpdate RAS set on RAROC as and when is required and prepare the necessary papers for approvalRegularly review and update on RAROC methodology or as and when is requiredSupport and track business portfolio improvement initiativesPerform Group / SBG / product / segment / customer RAROC analysis to support risk based pricing for products / customer and total relationship, CPA or other initiatives to improve RAROC performance or capabilities across the GroupUndertake any projects or tasks assigned from time to time Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).• Degree in Finance / Accounting or professional accounting qualification• Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills• Minimum 5 to 6 years working experience in finance/accounting related field• Strong analytical and financial management skills• Able to work independently and work well with a teamMust be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines• Good Ms Office skills (Excel, Words, Power Points) Benefits Dental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g. Gym), Parking, Vision, Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays, Casual Business Wear, Performance Based Rewards
