**JOB DESCRIPTION**- To create, operate and maintain the webpages of the companies.- To filter and update latest info related to companies webpage etc.- To take drone video on the project progress for updating on companies webpage etc.- To do proper video and photo shooting of the event for posting on social media etc.- To do digital greeting card of any festival for posting.- To update and keep track the computer inventory and record related.- To assist homestay sale thru website booking etc.- Manage and monitor all infrastructure including but not limited to servers, notebooks, desktop PCs, printers, network and networking equipment are in operable condition.- Day to day systems administration, management of network and internet traffic, systems security, disaster recovery, systems backup and maintenance.- Diagnosing, troubleshooting and solving network, hardware & software issues or faults, and liaise with external IT vendors from time to time.- Perform research, provide technical advice for IT purchase, and liaise with vendor for systems deployment or implementation.- Propose, develop and implement necessary actions or enhancements to IT or processes to further improve systems capability, performance, reliability, resiliency & integrity which compliance within IT standard, policies & procedures.- Liaise with vendors to ensure system issue, enhancement and projects are implemented as per specification and with timely feedback.- Conduct testing, implementation, and system optimization and provide technical assistance for meeting.- Maintain and upkeep of the CCTV and door access system.- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.**REQUIREMENTS**- Minimum academic qualification in Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or any equivalent discipline.- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintain and support on technical issues is highly desirable.- Hands-on experience in digitalization, photo/ videographer and able to handle drone.- At least 2 to 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.- Ability to work in a fast pace environment.- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Possesses a positive attitude and ability to work independently.Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Do you have the hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintain and support on technical issues?
