Working Hour- Regular Hours- Monday - Friday- Business Area- Location- Description**Primary Objective**:- Work with Singapore Head of HR Operations to deliver HR risk and compliance related items, including: HR governance, frameworks and implementation in the Singapore to fulfil internal and external regulatory requirements.- To establish and maintain effective policies, processes, and controls within the Human Resources function to ensure legal compliance, ethical conduct, and alignment with organizational goals. This includes managing risks, safeguarding employee rights, and promoting transparency and accountability in HR practices.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement HR governance strategies, policies, and procedures under the guidance of senior team members.- Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.- Establish open communication channels to promote transparency and trust between employees and management.- Manage and foster positive employee relations by addressing workplace issues, resolving conflicts, and conducting thorough investigations.- Facilitate conflict resolution processes, working closely with employees, managers, and relevant stakeholders to achieve fair and timely resolutions.- Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, ensuring alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.- Analyze employee relations data and HR governance metrics to identify trends, assess risk areas, and recommend improvements.- Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations impacting HR functions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR governance processes- Collate periodic HR risk reports for internal review of our HR identified key risk areas.- Monitor cyclical risk activities (e.g. KCT and LDC) for the HR Department and provide inputs/recommendations considering from a broader HR risk perspective.- Requirements**Requirements:- Minimum 12 years of HR work experience, ideally in HR Governance, HR Risk and Compliance or Employee Relations.- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.- BenefitsDental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g. Gym), Parking, Vision, Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays, Casual Business Wear, Performance Based Rewards
