Key for the roles- Must have previous working experience in this field since we will look your portfolio- Independently develop creative and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and tiktok- Produce a wide range of content types, including images, videos, graphics, and written posts.- Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to plan and schedule content that aligns with event launches, marketing campaigns, promotions, and corporate communications.- Develop content calendars and maintain a consistent posting schedule.- Monitor social media trends and feedback for insights and opportunities.- Determine the most effective ways to distribute content on different social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach.- Utilize scheduling and publishing tools for efficient content distribution.- Monitor the performance of social media content using analytics tools.- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing content based on data-driven results.Requirement:- 1+ years of social media experience creating for Facebook, Instagram as well as TikTok.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Bonus points for wit, humor, and empathetic "hot takes." Have a deep understanding of the importance of data-driven distribution and repurposing content.- Ability to learn and adapt to performance quickly. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.- Have worked with KOLs, Influencers or collaborated to create content- Ability to collaborate and execute creative strategy across teams.- Basic photography knowledge, preferred. Familiarity with Canva, OneDrive and Facebook, Tiktok creator suite.- Skilled in Teams or relevant project management software, preferred.
