Social Media Content Reviewer - China Hk Market

**Our client is a reputable MNC.****This role will require you to relocate to their Bangkok office by October.****Key Duties and Responsibilities**:- Help improve the quality and safety of online contents by analyzing and reviewing user profiles, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system.- Become and remain knowledgeable about the Client's products and policies- Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for the platform's community- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy- Review content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality- Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in workflows and suggest solutions or recommendations- Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues that may affect delivery of work in a timely manner**Requirements**:- Possess Diploma/Degree with at least 3 years of working experience- Proficiency in English language is a must.- **Willing to work on rotational shifts.**:- **Willing to relocate to Bangkok.**:- Training will be provided.**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,300.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shiftApplication Question(s):- Are you fluent in Cantonese / Mandarin?- Your expected salary range.- This is an oversea job opportunity, you are required to relocate to Bangkok.
