Social Media Coordinator

**Social Media Management & Sales Representative**:- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and appropriately.- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue through social media channels.- Engage with potential customers via social media platforms to generate leads and sales opportunities.- Utilize social media advertising and promotions to boost sales and reach target audiences effectively.- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall sales goals and objectives.- Create compelling visual and written content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and product descriptions, to support sales and marketing efforts.- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media and sales channels.- Foster a positive and engaging community around the brand on social media platforms, building relationships with followers and customers.- Monitor online conversations related to the brand and industry, participating in relevant discussions and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.**Job Types**: Full-time, InternshipContract length: 12 months**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus
