Social Media Executive (Contract)

Job Purpose To manage Sophea Fertility Centre (under Sunfert Group) social media; including but not limited to Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, and to assist with administrative task for Marketing Team. Duties Social Media Strategy Development:  Creating and implementing social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience. Content Creation:  Developing engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, reels, images, videos, and infographics. Social Media Advertising:  Planning and executing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives. Analytics and Reporting:  Monitoring social media performance using analytics tools, tracking key metrics, and preparing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts. Social Listening:  Monitoring social media channels for brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities to gather insights and make informed decisions. Requirements Candidate must possess at least a diploma, or degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or Mass Communication. Minimum one (1) year working experience in related field; experience in copywriting, digital marketing and social media management is an advantage. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Must have strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills. Experienced in social media photography, videography, Adobe and Canva and the use of AI. Have own transportation, Able to travel locally and overseas and performance oriented. Self-reliant, aggressive in meeting deadlines and able to work under pressure. Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills. Positive, Enthusiastic, energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive. Good interpersonal skills, confidence and courteous.
