Collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal teams to amplify our message and reach new audiences. Monitor social media channels, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the retail or sustainability sector. Strong creative vision with a keen eye for design and storytelling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in social media analytics tools, content creation tools, graphic design software, and video editing tools and platforms (FB, IG, Tiktok, Linkedin, Twitter (X)). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Passion for sustainability, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility. A team player with effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
