Social Media Marketing Manager

**Job Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media cum Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our cafe business. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales.**Job Descriptions**:- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and outdoor advertising.- Create and manage the company's social media presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and future customers.- Work closely with the sales team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that support the sales process.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.- Manage the company's website and ensure that it is up-to-date with the latest information and messaging.- Collaborate with the design team to develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.- Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing activities are within budget constraints.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B or hotel industry.- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong marketing management skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other marketing tools.- Passion for F&B industry and able to work in the fast face environment.Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Meal providedSchedule:- Day shift- Holidays- Monday to Friday- Rotational shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- F&B, Hotel: 5 years (required)Application Deadline: 05/30/2024Expected Start Date: 06/01/2024
