Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Participate in Agile development methodologies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Software Developer with a focus on Java development. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design principles. Hands-on experience with Java Camel Framework and integration patterns. Familiarity with messaging protocols such as JMS, AMQP, or MQTT. Experience with web services (RESTful, SOAP) and API development. Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
