**What you will experience in this role**:- Offer pre-sales system support to the sales department, ensuring optimal configuration between products and clients' systems.- Provide advisory assistance to businesses regarding automation, proposing effective solutions to enhance operational performance.- Clearly convey and demonstrate the benefits of products to customers, ensuring successful implementation post-solution sales.- Test and assess new products/features for compatibility and functionality.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to gather market insights, establish terms and conditions, and formulate service charges for new products, including service policy development.- Identify training syllabi and conduct training for sales staff and branch system engineers.- Evaluate and compare software solutions for informed decision-making.**What you will need to succeed in this role**:- A minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience in Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and data capturing implementation projects is required.- Holds a degree in Computer Engineering/Science or an equivalent field.- Proficient in requirements gathering and business process mapping to identify potential avenues for automation.- Demonstrates effective teamwork with robust analytical and communication capabilities.- Displays independence, customer focus, and adeptness in delivering presentations.- Experience in Project Management is a valuable additional asset.- **Applicable for a Malaysian citizen only**Recruitment Consultant **:Fenny**Contact: 07-2233 228**OUR SERVICE FOR JOB SEEKERS IS FREE!**Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
