Sourcing Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities**:- The Sourcing Executive shall source for the required items & process indicate on the drawing & process highlighted by engineering- Co-ordinate with Sales & Engineering to meet customer RFQ & FA requirements- Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns- To actively working with engineering & team to source for better cost and reduce of lead time- Sourcing Executive shall responsible for PO issuance & expediting goods for FA & RB- Comply and negotiate with at least 2 suppliers for lowest purchase price before issue an order- Sourcing Executive shall responsible to negotiate with relevant suppliers or subcontractor for price increase and obtain approval from HOD or HOC- Obtaining quotes from different suppliers for price comparison- Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers- Sourcing specialists assist companies in effecting more efficient sourcing processes to save costs and maximize profitability- To work on more purchase items participates in the consignment program- Providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing- Implementing inventory optimization strategies within the company- Maintaining long-lasting relationships with suppliers- Develop reliable & competence supplier/subcontractor for better price, service & quality- To participate in supplier selection & qualification- To carry out supplier visit & audit- To update AVL list with necessary documents & info**Requirements**:- Degree in any field- Interpersonal skills- Multi-tasking attention to details & decision making- Experience in manufacturing & sourcing process- Handle new RFQ & FA order which related to sourcing & commercial activities**Salary Range: RM 2500 - RM 5000****Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduatePay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusExpected Start Date: 06/01/2024
