Details of the offer

1. Researching new suppliers and products, using the internet, phone2. Getting and comparing prices from several suppliers3. Checking that goods and services are fit for purpose and meet with the client's requirements4. Making sure goods arrive on time, checking their condition & quality5. Moving material between warehouses where required.6. Process customer orders and invoice generation following delivery7. Order tracking to ensure delivery in line with delivery schedule8. Review and investigate delivery discrepancies should they arise and invoice customers in line with delivery quantities provided by third party warehouses9. Process samples requests which come in via whatsapp10. Nurture positive relationships with suppliers and manage these relationships, ensuring they adhere to the agreed contracts and KPIs11. Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone calls and whatsapp**Requirements**:2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English to liaise with associates3. No work experience required.4. Logistics/Supply Chain or any related/supporting fields pertaining to Supply Chain will be an added advantage.5. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.6.
