Sourcing & Purchasing Executive

Obtaining quotations from suppliers (local&overseas 'China')- have a good knowledge in Custom documents- to liaise and negotiate prices and contract terms of agreement with suppliers.- prepare Purchasing order, checking of supplier's Delivery Orders/Invoices, quantities and unit price, details of goods and packing list.- to liaise and follow -up with accounts & finance on payments.- To coordinate with suppliers/vendors if issues arise.- research potential vendors.- conducts a comparative analysis on supplier prices- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.- review quality of purchase products- maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices- prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses- coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage- processes the necessary clearance documents- carries out all necessary procurement activities- ensure the proper processing of assigned customer orders- verifies quantification of orders- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Flexible hoursAbility to commute/relocate:- Kulim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Buyer/Purchaser: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)- English (preferred)
